About the role We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Franchise Consultant to support the expansion and growth of our laundry franchise business. This role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential franchisees, providing consultation throughout the franchise journey, and supporting franchise partners to achieve business performance and operational standards. Key responsibilities Identify and develop new franchise opportunities to support business expansion Proactively source and approach potential franchise investors and business owners Present the franchise concept, business model, investment structure, and potential returns to prospective franchisees Manage the franchise sales pipeline from lead generation through contract signing Conduct market and location analysis to identify potential areas for new franchise outlets Act as the key contact person for prospective and existing franchisees Provide consultation on business planning, investment requirements, location selection, and franchise setup Build long-term relationships with franchise partners and support their business development Evaluate potential franchise opportunities based on location, market potential, investment, and business feasibility Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Training, and Legal teams throughout the franchise process About you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Retail, Sales, or related industries Experience in franchise business, retail, service business, laundry, F&B, or consumer services is highly preferred Strong understanding of franchise models, commercial negotiations, and business development Proven ability to acquire and manage franchise partners or business clients Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills Commercially minded with strong business and financial understanding Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently Willingness to travel for market visits, franchisee meetings, and location assessments
