We are looking for a Technical Engineer / IT Support Engineer to provide technical support throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales consultation and solution recommendation to installation, troubleshooting and post-sales support . Responsibilities Support the sales team with technical consultation, solution recommendations, quotations and proposals . Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer meetings. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT/networking solutions. Perform installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting . Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Assist with site surveys, project implementation and system maintenance. Liaise with vendors and internal teams on technical matters. Prepare technical and service documentation. Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional support. Travel to customer sites when required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Networking or related field. Minimum CGPA 3.0 is required. Fresh graduates with CGPA 3.0 and above are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware and software . Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining technical solutions. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel to customer sites when required. Added Advantage Experience in pre-sales / technical sales / solution consulting . Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers and Wi-Fi . Experience with IT hardware, networking products or system integration projects. Experience in technical presentations, product demonstrations or proposal preparation.
