EHS Manager

Responsibilities: Safety Ensure the compliance of occupational safety, health and environment regulations and guidelines Require to do the annual plan for safety training and safety promotion, organize safety training programs and prepare training materials for safety promotion Assess safety risks and promote safety culture within organization such as safety bonus scheme Prepare regular safety reports as required to identify the status of safety management and problems being encountered Conduct and co-ordinate regular safety audits and inspections, carry out pre-audit inspection, prepare necessary documents and follow up any improvement action plans Develop appropriate safety guidelines and procedures and ensure all of these being strictly followed Participate in the Safety Committee, develop safety KPIs, procedures and guidelines, and follow up all related works Handle and investigate the cause of accidents/case, initiate preventive measures and prepare related reports and documents as well as any legal related to safety issues Report and answer the safety concerns from related parties Present safety issues in business update meeting Assist all departments in understanding job hazards and safety precautions is also required Health and Environment Ensure the compliance of health and environment regulations and guidelines, and lead and coordinate with internal departments for the annual environment audit Require to do the annual plan for health and environment promotion, organize training programs and prepare training materials Develop appropriate guidelines and procedures and ensure all of these being strictly followed Report and answer the health and environment concerns from related parties Assist all departments in understanding job hazards and environmental issues are also required Initiate ESG activities for the company Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Safety and Environment or related disciplines 5 years’ health and safety management experience in manufacturing industries Must have proven hands-on experience in implementing ISO 14001/ISO 45001 management systems, Or in compliance with the F&IU Ordinance (Cap. 59) and its subsidiary regulations Holder of Registered Safety Officer (RSO) will be an advantage Knowledge in Environment, Health and Safety and building service regulations and ordinance Proactive, willing to take up challenges and work under pressure Self-motivated, well-organized and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing Good command of both Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English Working schedule: 0815 - 17:20, Mon - Fri We offer 5-day work, double pay, year-end discretionary bonus, and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.
