Job Description: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY. Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY Supervise and audit tasks performed by HRMD Staffs to maintain updated records registers and ensure that procedures are being followed. Monitor the Employee Relation issuance of notices and schedules hearing, investigation, inquiry, meeting and conferences required in connection with reported employees grievances and violations. Records minutes of all hearings conducted. Classify Quality Assurance Report issued by heads and supervisors to their subordinates and determine who will be subject for counseling, hearing and conference (low efficiency, poor attendance, and rejects). Prepare QAR to employees in connection with attendance aspect. Monitor the release and implementation of all decisions and disciplinary sanctions to erring employees. Observes and follow-up progress of employees under “HRMD monitoring” to ensure resolution of their problems and concerns. Coordinates with heads / supervisors in connection with all HRD and LR related activities. Records update and maintain Employee’s Master List. Performs documentary audit on the following to ensure that information are accurate: government report for submission to TESDA and DOLE , employees bank applications (ATM) for payroll purposes, status of employees (Apprentice, Probationary, Contractual and Fix-Contract) , employees’ attendance performance and personnel movement and Evaluation Rating Scale . Check and monitor the process documentary requirements of resigning, terminated and/or separated (off) employees. Conduct exit interview to resigning employees and recommend corrective actions on management policies, if any. Ensure in-charge to assist in the implementation of company policies and safety guidelines in order to ensure a secure, conducive and healthy working environment. Assist in the preparation of documentary requirements with regards to ISO process, work instructions, etc. Member of the Core Group. Perform work meeting customers’ requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements and supporting achievement of quality objective of her unit, and consistent with the quality policy.
