About the role We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Leader to lead the sales organization for an alcohol beverage business, overseeing both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, strengthening customer relationships, and developing channel strategies to maximize market share and profitability. The successful candidate will lead the sales team, develop strategic partnerships with key customers and distributors, and work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions to deliver the company's overall business objectives. Key responsibilities Develop and execute overall sales strategies across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels in line with business objectives Drive revenue, volume, profitability, distribution, and market share growth Identify new business opportunities, emerging channels, and potential customer segments Lead sales strategies across supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, wholesalers, retailers, specialty stores, and other relevant Off-Trade channels Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and major retail partners Lead the development of the On-Trade business across restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, pubs, entertainment venues, and other hospitality accounts Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization to achieve commercial targets Develop strategic relationships with distributors, key accounts, retailers, and On-Trade partners Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, trade terms, and commercial agreements Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans About you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field 10+ years of experience in Sales, with strong experience in the alcohol beverage, FMCG, consumer goods, or related industries Proven experience managing both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels Strong track record in business development, sales growth, and key account management Experience managing distributors and large-scale customer networks Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Proven people management and leadership experience Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills
