Join us and be part of a dynamic team that values your skills and invests in your future! ## Your Role: Key Responsibilities - Monitor & Optimize: Keep our systems and applications running smoothly to guarantee top-notch service. - Protect & Preserve: Conduct regular system backups and rigorous testing to safeguard our operations. - Install & Innovate: Manage software installations and security patches with meticulous follow-up testing. - Implement & Evolve: Schedule and oversee the rollout of new software releases. - Support & Maintain: Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and troubleshooting network problems, includes the configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. - Meetings & Reporting: Work closely with Project Managers and clients to prepare documentation, gather system metrics, and contribute insights for monthly reviews and strategic meetings with clients. - Communication & Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day technical inquiries, ongoing requests, and issue resolution. Ensure timely and effective communication to address client needs and provide status updates. ## Who We’re Looking For - Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field. - Certifications: Must have CCNA certification! - Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Windows OS and Cisco network equipment. Familiarity with VMware is preferred. - Skills: Excellent organizational skills with a high level of flexibility. - Language: Chinese and English.
