Job Description: Our client, a leading bank in Hong Kong, is actively seeking ambitious banking professionals at all grading levels to join their expanding retail banking team. Options range from General Retail Banking to the Semi-Private / Mass Affluent segments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of retail / semi-private banking clients, providing professional wealth management and financial solutions. Cross-sell a full suite of banking products, including investment, insurance. Build strong long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to drive AUM growth. Adhere to regulatory compliance and internal risk control standards. Requirements: Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related disciplines. Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail banking sales (RM / ARM / General Retail). Valid HKSI Licensing (Paper 1, 7, 8) and IIQE Licensing (Paper 1, 3, 5) . Proven sales track record in investment and insurance products. Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
