Lead Product Manager

As the Head of Product for our Trading Platform, you will lead the strategy and execution of a seamless, high-performing trading experience. Your core mission is to turn business objectives and investor needs into clear product priorities and deliver them with speed and precision. Responsibilities: • Translate corporate strategy into an executable product roadmap, taking end-to-end ownership of project delivery, scope, priorities, timelines, and alignment with business objectives. • Own and validate business and user requirements, overseeing the end-to-end user journey to ensure the platform delivers an intuitive, accurate, seamless, and responsive experience that meets investor needs. • Partner closely with IT and Development teams to navigate legacy system constraints, translate business needs into clear requirements, assess business impact, and prioritize technical debt to enable effective and sustainable technology delivery. • Collaborate with Back Office and Support teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational transformation, aligning platform capabilities to modernize and streamline legacy workflows. • Act as the key representative and product owner for the platform, providing clear and timely communication on product strategy and project progress across stakeholders, while enabling Marketing and Sales with effective product positioning and go-to-market support. • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Management team, fostering a high-performance culture centered on strong execution, rigorous requirement gathering, effective prioritization, and customer-centric product development.
