Data & Risk Manager/ Assistant Manager Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am- 6pm (OT required after work hours/ during weekend occassionally) Work Mode: Onsite Salary: up to 12k, negotiable based on experience About the Role As the Data & Risk Manager, you'll lead the Data & Risk team and serve as the key person driving credit risk, fraud prevention, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Director and cross-functional teams, you'll transform data into business insights while continuously improving risk policies and decision-making frameworks. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Data & Risk team to achieve operational and business objectives. ⁠Review and enhance credit policies, fraud prevention measures, and risk control frameworks. ⁠Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and recommend business improvements. ⁠Partner with internal and external stakeholders on risk initiatives. ⁠Drive process improvements through data analytics, automation, and system enhancements. ⁠Present risk performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Data Analytics, or Risk Management, including team leadership experience. Preferable from Digital Finance, FinTech or Licensed Money Lending background. Strong understanding of digital lending, credit assessment, fraud detection, and risk operations. Experience using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools to support business Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with multilingual stakeholders.
