Our client is a reputable China-based bank. They are seeking for an Officer to support their daily operation. Responsibilities: Card Usage: Assist in develop credit card usage campaigns to cardholders to grow card spending and drive card activeness Campaign Management: assist in proposal development, stakeholder coordination, offer fulfilment, marketing communications, and post-campaign analysis. Marketing and Communication Management: Develop and coordinate with advertising agencies to prepare promotional materials, social media. Market Trend Monitoring: Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, to identify opportunities and increase market competitiveness Prepare and update User Requirement: prepare the requirement documentation for credit card related initiatives Support User Acceptance Testing planning and execution: coordinate test runs with business users, and track defects to closure.
