About the role Chiangrai Land Associates Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Chiang Rai. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in driving our human resources objectives and supporting the overall growth and success of our organisation. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies, policies, and programmes that align with our company's vision and values. You will serve as a key partner to senior management and all departments, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and performing at their best. Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage human resources policies, procedures, and programmes in compliance with Thai labour laws and regulations Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job analysis, posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management discussions Design and deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including salary reviews, incentives, and employee welfare schemes Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support strategic business objectives Foster a positive workplace culture and implement employee engagement initiatives Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and resolve human resources issues Prepare human resources reports and metrics to track departmental performance and effectiveness What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in human resources management or related administration roles Comprehensive knowledge of Thai labour laws, employment regulations, and workplace compliance requirements Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Strong understanding of compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organisational levels Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide strategic advice to senior management Experience in training and development programme design is highly desirable Knowledge of Thai culture and business practices is advantageous What we offer Chiangrai Land Associates Co., Ltd. is committed to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
