IT Project Manager (GRC / Technology Risk)

The Role Are you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to take ownership of a high-impact governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiative? We are looking for a senior professional to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of a GT Exemption Workflow solution within a leading organisation in the finance sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful process transformation while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, onsite environment. What You'll Do • Gather and translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into system solutions and process enhancements • Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to streamline exemption submission, assessment, approval, and renewal processes • Drive process standardization, automation, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and control effectiveness • Ensure automated processes comply with technology risk policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements • Manage project delivery, including planning, testing, deployment, stakeholder communication, and change management • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, metrics, and management information to monitor exemption status and risk exposure • Support user adoption, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and audit readiness for the automated GRC solution What We're Looking For • 8-15 years of relevant experience in project management within a senior capacity • Strong project management, GRC governance, and technology risk assessment capabilities • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives • Experience ensuring policy compliance and managing project risks and dependencies • Skilled in delivering governance reporting and maintaining audit readiness • Ability to support risk-based decision-making in a complex, regulated environment What We Offer • Competitive salary • Opportunity to work on a high-visibility project within the finance sector • Supportive team environment with access to mentorship and guidance • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Exposure to enterprise-level GRC and technology risk initiatives • Career progression opportunities within a growing consulting firm How to Apply Apply now with your latest CV, or reach out to our recruitment team to learn more.
