Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and continuously optimise the site logistics strategy, including site layout, access/egress routes, material delivery schedules, storage/laydown areas, crane/hoist coordination, and waste management. Manage the end-to-end logistics supply chain: procurement coordination, inbound deliveries, inventory control, material tracking, and just-in-time distribution to work fronts. Oversee site facilities management (temporary offices, welfare facilities, security and temporary services handling). Develop and maintain logistics programmes, risk assessments in collaboration with the Project Manager, Construction Manager and subcontractors. Ensure full compliance with Macau labour, construction, environmental, and traffic regulations, as well as company HSE policies. Supervise and lead the logistics team (storekeepers, traffic marshals, plant operators, etc.), providing training, performance management, and clear direction. Monitor and report key logistics (on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, cost control, safety incidents) and implement continuous-improvement initiatives. Liaise with suppliers, transporters, customs agents (where relevant), and internal stakeholders to resolve delays or issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, deliveries, and waste for audit and cost-control purposes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in logistics or site logistics roles. Proven experience managing logistics on complex, multi-trade construction sites (hospitality, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred). Hands-on experience with site set-up planning, material handling systems, crane/hoist coordination, and waste management strategies. Familiarity with Macau / Greater Bay Area construction practices, import procedures, and local regulations is a strong advantage. Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office / project management tools; experience with logistics or ERP systems is a plus.
