Job Description Take ownership of the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and after-sales follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, developers, and retail clients. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional representation of the Company. Offer personalized consultation to help customer select ideal products for their home. This includes the ability to demonstrate product features and understand the needs to recommend suitable products to drive successful sales. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with timely updates and disciplined follow-through. Ensure customer orders are delivered smoothly, working with internal teams for accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with Product Specialists for technical and pricing accuracy. Provide feedback from customers to Product Managers to improve product strategies. Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating complex or high-value issues to the Sales Manager, to maintain satisfaction and trust. Ensure clear, timely, and high-touch communication between internal and external parties to guarantee a seamless luxury client experience. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support business needs and ensure smooth operations. Job Specification Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, interior design, or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Demonstrated interest in interior design, luxury home décor, or related products and services. Willingness and availability to work weekends, with scheduled days off during the week. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
