Competitive Remuneration Packages Community-Based Healthcare Setting Meaningful role in the healthcare environment As a Programme Associate (Healthcare Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties: Engage seniors and encourage participation in centre programmes and activities. Support outreach activities and assist in growing centre membership. Conduct home visits and assist with community screenings when required. Coordinate volunteers including recruitment, training, and engagement. Assist in planning and supporting wellness, outreach programmes, and centre events. Maintain relationships with community partners and service providers. Ensure centre cleanliness, safety, and support daily operational needs. Maintain records such as attendance, volunteer registry, and home visit documentation. Handle enquiries, registrations, donor collection, and basic administrative tasks. Assist with reporting, purchasing, stock monitoring, and general operational support Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' Level Prior healthcare working experience is an advantage.
