Part Time Clinic Receptionist

About the role Toothsmith Dental Surgery Pte Ltd is seeking a Part Time Clinic Receptionist to join our team in Potong Pasir Central Region. This is a part-time position that plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and organised first impression for our patients. As the face of our dental practice, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role is essential to ensuring our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. What you'll be doing Greeting patients warmly and professionally upon arrival at the clinic Managing the reception desk, including answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately Scheduling and confirming patient appointments using our clinic management system Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate patient records Collecting and processing payments using secure payment methods Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area Handling patient enquiries regarding treatments, pricing and general clinic information Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and preparing documents as needed What we're looking for Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with appointment scheduling software (training will be provided if needed) Ability to handle patient interactions with empathy and discretion, particularly in a healthcare setting Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work part-time hours as required Experience in a reception or customer service role is advantageous Knowledge of dental terminology is desirable but not essential A calm and composed demeanor, particularly when managing busy clinic periods Willingness to learn about our clinic procedures and commitment to delivering excellent patient care What we offer A welcoming and supportive work environment within a professional dental practice Flexible part-time working arrangements to suit your schedule An inclusive environment for retirees A positive workplace culture that values professionalism and teamwork About us Toothsmith Dental Surgery Pte Ltd is a dental practice located in Potong Pasir Central Region, dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and exceptional patient experiences.
