esponsibilities Design and prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and expected outcomes based on business and system requirements. Perform functional, integration, system, performance, UAT, and technical testing activities. Maintain test documentation, testing standards, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Execute planned testing activities and ensure results are properly documented. Identify, document, and track defects with clear details for investigation and resolution. Collaborate with developers, business users, and application teams to investigate and resolve defects. Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes and system changes do not impact existing functionality. Support application releases by verifying the readiness and quality of solutions before deployment. Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues that may impact timelines, quality, or project delivery. Technical / Functional Skills Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience testing Online Banking or banking applications . Good understanding of banking processes, systems, and application functionality. Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases. Strong defect analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple testing activities independently. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with DevOps practices . Good communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders.
