About the role A Cost Manager responsible for planning, controlling, and managing project costs in accordance with the company's budget and objectives. Key responsibilities Prepare Cost Budget, Cost Estimate, Cost Forecast and monitor costs throughout the project duration Analyze actual costs compared to budget and prepare Cost Variance reports with corrective recommendations Control expenses and monitor resource utilization for efficiency and alignment with project plans Examine and analyze costs of materials, labor, contractors, and other related expenses Prepare project cost and performance reports for management review Coordinate with accounting, finance, procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure cost data accuracy and currency Review quotations and related costs, and support pricing and quotation preparation Monitor scope changes and assess cost impact Support cost control and reduction initiatives, and identify operational efficiency improvements Verify and monitor expenses for compliance with contracts and project conditions
