Site Supervisor

Immediate Start Wage Negotiable Sydney Area Min. 10years Experience High-end building company are currently seeking an experienced residential Site Supervisor to join our team. This role will see you managing your own site on a full time basis in one of Sydney's City/Inner West/South West areas. The right candidate will require solid understanding of architectural details and finishes, fundamental building principles, site set out and subcontractor management, be reliable, hard-working and keen to assist tradespeople on site with daily tasks. Some carpentry experience will be an advantage but not essential with an immediate start for the right applicant. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): · Opening/Closing of site · Ensure site safety/WHS & Environmental requirements are maintained at all times · Provide supervision and manage day to day activity of subcontractors and site labour · Site set out as required · Liaising with, booking and organising subcontractors · Subcontractor management, quality control & conflict resolution · Maintain construction program Required: Able to interpret architectural/structural plans, details & general project documentation Have a great eye for detail & finishes Experience within the residential building industry A good work ethic & reliability Ability to follow instructions as required Excellent communication skill A valid Construction OHS Induction Card (White Card) Experience using Microsoft Outlook & Excel & Buildertrend Immediate start If you are a Site Supervisor looking for a great career opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
