Job Description 1. Manage, control, inspect and improve the production process for continuous development. - Control the production of canned and pouched pet food in sealed containers to meet industry standards - Improve and solve problems that occur in the process. - Plan production, assign manpower to work appropriately according to production capacity. - Contact and coordinate with other relevant departments. 2. Manage and supervise production capacity efficiently. 3. Manage production costs to meet the set goals. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related fields. - At least 10 years of experience working in a food industry. - Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO14000. - Good knowledge of food production processes. - Have supervisory and leadership skills. - Good computer skills.
