JOB DESCRIPTION Costing & Cost Analysis • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, production costs, and inventory-related costs • Prepare cost analysis reports and supporting documentation for management review • Monitor production cost variances compared with standard costs, budget, and previous year performance • Investigate and explain cost deviations and recommend corrective actions • Establish and maintain standard production costs by model and work center • Analyze cost structure, profitability, margins, and operational efficiency of business units Inventory & Warehouse Cost Control • Monitor inventory balances and associated costs to ensure accuracy and proper valuation • Analyze inventory obsolescence and coordinate with related departments for corrective actions • Review inventory transactions and support inventory reconciliation processes • Provide recommendations for improving warehouse operations, inventory control, and cost efficiency Financial Reporting & Budget Support • Prepare and input accounting and costing data accurately into the system • Perform account reconciliations and process supporting documentation • Support monthly financial and management reporting activities • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for management and stakeholders • Prepare KPI analysis reports related to margins, profitability, productivity, and operational performance • Support preparation of information and analysis for strategic business decisions and new business opportunities Pricing & Business Support • Coordinate with related departments to determine selling prices for products, inside sales, and spare parts • Support profitability analysis and pricing calculations to ensure business competitiveness and profitability • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management regarding cost reduction and operational improvements Process Improvement & Compliance • Monitor manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement initiatives related to cost efficiency • Update costing procedures, work instructions, and accounting processes when changes occur • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, internal controls, and management systems • Support activities related to 5S, Safety, ISO9001, ISO14001, and future company management systems • Support internal and external audit activities related to costing and inventory control • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or according to company regulations PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS Thai nationality, male or female, age 27 years or above Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in manufacturing business Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory control, budgeting, and financial analysis Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Good presentation and reporting skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under pressure within deadlines Good communication and coordination skills with all related departments Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and manufacturing costing systems would be an advantage Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to continuously improve processes
