Project Manager (Production & Event)

Position: Project Manager (Production & Event) Base Salary: 45K-50K (or based on your experience) Location: Ratchada One Building (Near BTS Ratchayothin Station and MRT Ladprao Station) Key responsibilities Manage and oversee Production, Event, and On-Ground Activation projects for each campaign from start to finish, controlling on-site operations in Bangkok and other provinces according to activity schedules Plan and manage Master Timeline, control budget, and ensure work processes proceed according to plan Coordinate and monitor progress with relevant teams to deliver work on time and with quality Select, procure, hire, and negotiate prices with Suppliers or Vendors to match work quality, budget, and specified timeframe Manage and control Supplier work from briefing, quotation review, production tracking, installation and dismantling, detail inspection, and quality control according to brief and standards Monitor Supplier Timeline and handle cases of delayed work, work not matching brief, or production process issues Control on-site work and oversee the Production team, Staff team, and Supplier to execute work according to plan Resolve immediate problems with the team and Supplier quickly and efficiently Control costs and verify project expenses remain within budget Evaluate Supplier performance and compile Supplier database for future project selection Inspect workpieces and components before delivery to client or on-site installation Compile data from Online systems and On-Ground activities to prepare Post-Event Report and summarise work results for improvement in future projects Welfare and Benefits Hybrid Working: Onsite 4 days and Work from Home (WFH) 1 day per week Group Health Insurance Annual Health Check-up More than 20 Days of Annual Leave per Year Free Snacks & Refreshments Company-Provided Work Equipment (Mac / PC) Annual Salary Review & Performance Bonus APPLY NOW !!
