Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all accounting and finance functions of the company Prepare and close monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and on time Analyze financial statements and report insights to management Manage and monitor company cash flow and financial planning Control and review all income, expenses, and cost structures Supervise accounting systems including AR, AP, and GL to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare and submit tax reports (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax) Coordinate with external auditors and relevant authorities Develop and improve accounting and financial processes and systems Lead, manage, and develop the accounting and finance team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 5–10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role Strong ability to perform full set of accounts and closing Solid knowledge of cash flow management Strong leadership and team management skills High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications CPD or CPA certification Experience in logistics, warehouse, or related industries Good command of English
