About the role Manage and take responsibility for customs procedures for Shipment Import & Export in the Free Zone and release goods, prepare relevant documents for import-export work, and manage operations related to the Free Zone in accordance with the requirements of the Customs Department, the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), and related laws. Coordinate with internal departments, Shipping companies, and customs brokers to support the company's business operations efficiently. Key responsibilities Prepare documents for machinery, raw materials, spare parts, and equipment imported-exported from the Free Zone Verify the accuracy of relevant documents and product details such as HS Code, Description, Quantity, and Customs Value Handle customs procedures for Import-Export goods under the Free Zone system in accordance with Customs Department laws and requirements Prepare and verify documents and submit goods release documents for each shipment Submit forms to the Department of Foreign Trade such as Form E, D, CO and other related forms Coordinate with customs officials, Freight Forwarders, and relevant departments in the company Monitor and update laws, regulations, requirements, and tax benefits related to Import-Export and Free Zone Provide advice and resolve issues related to customs procedures, Import-Export, and Free Zone Prepare reports and perform other assigned tasks Prepare data and coordinate the preparation of inbound and outbound shipping documents through the Shipping service system About you Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Customs, International Trade, or related field At least 2 years of experience in Shipping, Import & Export, or Customs Clearance Experience in Free Zone or customs operations will be given special consideration Knowledge of customs procedures and import-export documentation Able to prepare and verify Invoice, Packing List, and related documents Knowledge of HS Code and Customs Department regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Customs Broker License / Customs Broker Certificate Digital Certificate / Digital Signature Able to communicate in English for reading and preparing documents, as well as for coordination
