Plan and supervise daily distribution operations to ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customers. Manage and monitor Distribution Drivers and Helpers to ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards. Ensure accurate sales documentation, cash collection, and daily financial submission. Monitor vehicles, equipment, and company assets to ensure completeness, safety, and proper maintenance. Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and related teams to resolve operational issues. Monitor transportation KPIs, costs, and productivity and drive continuous improvement. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction. Coach and develop team members to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in transportation, distribution, logistics, or FMCG operations. Experience managing drivers, distribution staff, and delivery operations. Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, coordination, and operational control. Good Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and monitor KPIs.
