Studio Manager — The Yard Gym, Newstead

Lead the growth of a gym community that gets results. The Yard Gym Newstead is looking for a Studio Manager to own our lead-to-member journey and daily operations. This role suits someone who connects easily with people, performs under KPI accountability, and wants their results directly reflected in what they earn. The opportunity: You’ll manage the full trial member journey — from first inquiry through to conversion — while overseeing day-to-day front-of-house operations. It’s a role with real accountability and real upside for performance. What you’ll be doing: Converting leads and trial members into long-term members Overseeing daily front-of-house operations and coordinating the team Maintaining an organised, CRM-driven pipeline with consistent follow-up Representing the brand professionally in every interaction What you bring: A background in the fitness industry — group fitness or personal training experience preferred A track record of hitting sales targets in a KPI-driven environment Experience working with CRM and Studio management systems — Mindbody experience highly regarded Strong communication and people skills Solid organisational habits and ownership over your work What’s on offer: Full-time position, base salary aligned to industry standards plus uncapped performance incentives OTE circa $75k–$80k+ , with genuine upside for strong performers A results-focused team and a brand worth representing If you want a role where your performance is measured, recognised, and rewarded, we’d like to hear from you.
