About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our client's technical solutions team, she is an IT solution provider. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital platforms for our enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between client requirements and technical execution, crafting resilient front-end interfaces and high-performance backend systems. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Systems Analysis: Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and product leads to break down high-level business drivers into robust, scalable technical architectures. End-to-End Software Engineering: Construct and maintain responsive, intuitive UI components using ReactJS while engineering robust, low-latency microservices and APIs with Go (Golang). Quality & Engineering Excellence: Champion high standards for system reliability and code health through continuous integration, automated unit and integration testing, and systematic code reviews. Technical Leadership & Coaching: Guide and upskill junior to mid-level developers, providing constructive code reviews and fostering a strong engineering culture. Core Requirements Experience: 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering mission-critical applications in dynamic environments. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate complex, ambiguous client challenges and translate them into actionable, well-defined technical execution plans. Nice-to-Have Skills Containerization: Practical experience orchestrating container workloads via Kubernetes. Azure Cloud Platform: Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps pipelines, or serverless tooling (Azure Functions). Distributed Systems: Proven background designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native microservices architectures. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
