BOI officer

1.Responsible for interpreting and applying relevant policies of the Thai Board of Investment (BOI, ensuring that the company's projects comply with BOI policy requirements. 2.Responsible for the declaration, follow-up, maintenance, and optimization of the company' BOI projects, including project applications, data collection, document preparation, and submission. 3.Responsible for monitoring changes in BOI policies, updating the company's internal and procedures in a timely manner, and supporting the company's decision-making. 4.Liaise with relevant government units related to the BOI to maintain good government and ensure the smooth progress of projects. 5.Responsible for training and promoting BOI-related knowledge within the company, enhancing the team's understanding and application ofI policies. 6.Responsible for understanding the export and tax refund policies of BOI projects and for the declaration and implementation of projects. 7.Manage the declaration of imported materials and equipment, update and maintain the information of BOI project documents, submit annual progress reports of BOI projects, and handle BOI privilege write-offs and dutyfree tax refund declarations. 8.Work closely with transport companies, customs clearance companies, and the company's internal finance department to handle customs clearance, tax refund, and affairs. Job Requirements: 1. Familiar with the customs import and export business operations and other relevant laws and regulations in Thailand, with relevant experience. 2.more than 1 years of experience in handling BOI for the company. 3. Proficient in Chinese communication, proficient in English and Thai, with good communication skills
