About the Client : Our client is a prominent life insurance enterprise in Hong Kong currently modernizing its operational framework. Rather than implementing tech for its own sake, the business is executing a deliberate strategy to integrate practical AI, automation, and intelligent workflows directly into client operations, claims, and underwriting. The Role & Landscape: Evaluate operational bottlenecks across life insurance business units to identify high-value automation and AI use cases. Write operational specifications, detailed user stories, value maps, and clear acceptance criteria tailored for both human review and automated AI outputs. Collaborate with product owners, technical development teams, and external vendor partners to turn AI concepts into working pilots and production applications. Standardize BA templates and reusable methodologies across the business while supporting change management and end-user training. What We Are Looking For: At least 5 years of dedicated Business Analysis experience within the life insurance sector. Demonstrated experience working on AI, GenAI, or automation pilots and production systems. Practical mastery of Agile methodologies, including drafting comprehensive BRDs, user stories, and process flows. Background in management or technology consulting is a strong plus.
