Risk Management & Compliance Officer/ Executive

Job Responsibilities: i) Risk Management Support the development, implementation, and promotion of the Group's Risk Management framework and policies. Liaise with business units and centralized functions to identify, analyze, monitor, and report risks affecting business operations. Coordinate and execute risk management activities, including reporting exercises. Contribute to risk management planning and documentation. Promote a strong risk awareness culture through training and internal communications. Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required. ii) Sustainability Management Assist in developing sustainability strategies and plans for the Group. Monitor implementation of sustainability initiatives across business units and centralized functions. Conduct sustainability-related risk assessments. Review sustainability programs to ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations, and laws. Prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and management proposals for the management and for company's stakeholders. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law , or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Business Management , or related fields. (Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply.) Strong understanding of business processes and internal controls. Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor .
