Responsibilities Provide consultancy support for call centre operations, including workflow design and service provisioning. Document MOPs, runbooks, and post-migration operational procedures for support teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., emergency calling, call recording ). Requirements Degree holder in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline 5–8+ years of experience in voice/UC engineering, telecom provisioning, or call centre operations. Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) versions 10x–14x. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Operator Connect deployment, including operator onboarding, number porting, and policy configuration. Proficiency in SIP trunking, Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Cisco Call manager). Experience with Voice TBM, IDA, or similar telecom billing/mediation platforms. Knowledge of number porting workflows, domain registration, and DNS implementation for (SRV, NAPTR, SIP domains). Familiarity with call centre platforms (UCCX, Cisco Contact Center, or similar) and call recording solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills for voice quality, call routing, and registration issues. Excellent communication skills for client-facing consultancy and vendor coordination.
