運營總監 Operations Director

崗位職責： 1、負責公司全球化運營戰略規劃與落地，結合公司業務發展目標制定運營方向及年度規劃，全面推動用戶增長、生態建設及業務發展; 2、負責搭建並完善全球運營管理體系，制定運營策略、流程及管理機制，提升公司整體運營效率及市場競爭力; 3、負責海外市場拓展及增長策略制定，整合社區、內容、品牌、生態等運營資源，提升用戶規模、活躍度及品牌影響力; 4、負責運營團隊搭建與管理，制定團隊目標、組織架構及績效管理體系，培養並提升團隊綜合能力; 5、負責跨部門協同，與產品、研發、市場、商務及管理團隊緊密合作，推動公司戰略目標落地； 6、深入洞察區塊鏈行業趨勢、市場變化及競品動態，制定相應運營策略，為公司產品及業務決策提供支持。 職位要求： 1、本科或以上學歷，5年以上互聯網、區塊鏈或金融科技運營經驗，具備大型項目運營管理及團隊管理經驗； 2、具備較強的戰略思考、數據分析及商業判斷能力，能夠基於市場變化制定運營策略並推動業務落地； 3、具備優秀的組織管理、項目管理及跨團隊協作能力，能夠有效整合內外部資源，推動公司戰略目標達成； 4、對區塊鏈技術及Web3生態具有深入理解和高度興趣，具備較強的行業洞察力及前瞻性； 5、具備全球化業務運營經驗，熟悉海外市場發展模式，有用戶增長、生態建設、社區運營或品牌建設成功案例者優先； 6、英語可作為工作語言，具備良好的英文溝通及書面表達能力； 7、熟悉AI工具应用，具备利用AI提升工作效率及业务产出的实践经验。 重要提示： 请提供中文简历及期望薪资 所有申请资料将严格保密，仅用于招聘相关职位 Job Responsibilities: 1、Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the company's global operations. Develop operational strategies and annual plans aligned with business objectives, and drive user growth, ecosystem development, and business expansion. 2、Establish and optimize the global operations management system, including operational strategies, processes, and management mechanisms, to improve overall operational efficiency and market competitiveness. 3、Lead overseas market expansion and growth strategy development. Integrate operational resources across communities, content, branding, and ecosystem partnerships to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and brand influence. 4、Build and manage the operations team, including defining team objectives, organizational structure, and performance management systems, while continuously developing team capabilities. 5、Drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, business development, and management teams to ensure effective execution of company strategies and business objectives. 6、Monitor blockchain industry trends, market changes, and competitive dynamics, develop corresponding operational strategies, and provide insights and recommendations to support product and business decisions. Job Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in operations within the internet, blockchain, fintech, or related industries. Proven experience in large-scale project operations management and team leadership. 2、Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and business judgment capabilities, with the ability to develop operational strategies based on market trends and drive business execution. 3、Excellent organizational management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to achieve strategic objectives. 4、Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem, with strong industry insights and forward-looking perspectives. 5、Proven experience in global business operations, with a strong understanding of overseas market development strategies.
