Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory and related transactions. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data in accordance with company policies. Prepare account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and related schedules. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders on billing, payments, collections, and documentation matters. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Support month-end closing activities and ensure deadlines are met. Participate in cash flow planning and monitor bank balances. Handle office administrative duties, including business license matters with relevant government departments, office supplies management, travel arrangements for staff, and coordination of office activities, service agreements, and equipment. Support overall office administrative operations, including overseeing cleaning staff and managing facility management. Assist in reviewing supplier invoices prior to submission to the Finance department. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Management from time to time
