About the role Handles Employee and Labor Relations matters, providing guidance to leaders and employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws. Key responsibilities Handle employee complaints, grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace conflicts Conduct administrative investigations and ensure proper due process Advise managers on employee relations and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with company policies, DOLE regulations, and labor laws Maintain accurate case documentation and confidential HR records Partner with Legal and HR leadership on complex ER/LR cases Identify ER trends and recommend solutions to improve employee relations About you Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field 3+ years of HR experience, preferably with ER/LR exposure Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and case management skills
