Assistant Manager, Learning, Development & Engagement

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager, Learning, Development & Engagement to join our team and help shape an exciting, people-powered future. What you’ll do Learning & Development (L&D) Assess training needs and develop L&D plans aligned with organizational goals Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and development pathways Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including learning journeys, course assignments, tracking, and reporting Develop and curate engaging learning content, including e-learning, training materials, learning resources, and internal knowledge content Manage onboarding learning journeys to ensure smooth integration of new employees Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training partners Track and analyze training effectiveness, KPIs, and ROI Employee Engagement Drive engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, pulse surveys, and internal events Support internal communications to strengthen company culture Monitor employee feedback and recommend actionable improvements Lead initiatives that enhance workplace morale, belonging, and collaboration Organizational Development Support performance management cycles, competency frameworks, and leadership development Facilitate change management communications and readiness activities Provide insights through dashboards, reports, and data-driven workforce analysis What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in L&D, Engagement, HR, OD, or related fields A natural facilitator who loves leading workshops and trainings Strong communication skills with a creative, positive energy Analytical thinker with a passion for improving experiences Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Why You’ll Love Working With Us Your ideas matter.
