Account Executive, (Finance, Operations)

Job description: Monthly closing of management accounts for property development companies, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS). Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, including timely bank and account reconciliations. Prepare, monitor, and update project costings to support accurate financial tracking. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize payment workflows and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and relevant external parties on audits, tax filings, enterprise risk management, and compliance to statutory requirements. Interact with lawyers, bankers, valuers, company secretaries, and other stakeholders as needed. Develop and prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and budgets to assist in strategic decision-making by Management. Handle ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management with flexibility and professionalism. Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, MIA certification, or equivalent qualifications. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance Operations, preferably within the property development sector. Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and multitasking environment. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Highly responsible, meticulous, organized, solution-driven, and dedicated to delivering quality results. Willing to work in Kota Damansara area.
