Job description Position: Chief People Officer Location: Thanya Buri, Pathum Thani Salary Range: Up to 350K Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 17.00pm Job Responsibilities: Lead the overall people strategy to support business growth and organizational transformation. Partner with CEO and executive leadership team on talent, culture, and organization effectiveness. Drive culture transformation and embed values, behaviors, and leadership expectations across the organization. Lead organization development, workforce planning, and organization design initiatives. Develop and execute talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. Build leadership pipelines, succession planning, and talent management frameworks. Oversee performance management, KPI/OKR frameworks, and total rewards programs. Champion employee engagement, change management, and high-performance culture initiatives. Establish learning and development strategies to strengthen organizational capabilities. Leverage HR analytics and workforce insights to support business decision-making. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, HR governance, and PDPA requirements. Build and lead a high-performing HR team while driving continuous improvement across all people-related functions. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. 20+ years of HR experience with at least 10 years in senior HR leadership roles (CPO, HRVP, HR Director, or equivalent). Proven experience leading culture transformation, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Strong expertise in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy with business objectives. Experience driving HR transformation and data-driven HR practices. Background from Banking, Finance Service, or Retail Finance is must Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and executive teams. Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
