About the role We are a dynamic company seeking a talented Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to manage our financial operations. Key responsibilities Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation. Prepare monthly management reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Manage and monitor project costing, including tracking materials, labor and subcontractor costs. Prepare project profitability analysis and budget vs actual reports. Handle progress billing/claims and ensure timely invoicing to clients. Follow up on collections and monitor accounts receivable aging. Verify supplier invoices and ensure proper supporting documents (PO, DO, Invoice). Manage payments to suppliers and subcontractors. Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, Socso, PCB). Handle SST matters (if applicable) and assist in tax and audit processes. About you Diploma/Degree in finance, Accounting, or equivalent (Preferred) Proficiency in Accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount). At least 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. Experience in full set accounting and project costing is a must. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in handling progress claims and contract billing. Knowledge of construction cost control and budgeting. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage due to business communication requirements.
