About the role The People and Culture Business Partner Officer serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned business units, translating business objectives into effective HR solutions and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with leadership and employees to understand business needs and develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)'s overall goals. Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and organizational change. Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and compliance concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee growth and productivity. Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to support recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement and retention. Champion VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS BV (PHILIPPINES)'s culture and values, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Stay abreast of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics to enhance employee and manager capabilities. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services. About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop practical solutions. Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance management. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a BPO or call center environment is a strong advantage.
