This programme is designed to develop future Relationship Managers through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to retail banking and wealth management businesses. Description Key Responsibilities Participate in a structured training programme covering retail banking, wealth management, investment, insurance, and lending products. Build and maintain long-term relationships with personal banking and affluent customers. Identify customer's financial needs and recommend suitable banking and wealth management solutions. Acquire new-to-bank customers through referrals, networking, and various business development activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong passion for sales, relationship management, and wealth management. Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven. Strong learning agility and willingness to build a career in retail banking sales. Good command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua. Candidates possessing IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and/or HKSI licensing qualifications will be an advantage.
