Transport Dispatch & Operations

About the role Oversee and control nationwide Linehaul operations performance to ensure that transport plans are executed accurately, safely, and cost-effectively. Monitor key KPIs, service quality, and cost performance of Linehaul operations; provide analysis, reports, and improvement initiatives to support continuous operational excellence and business efficiency. Key responsibilities Monitor nationwide transport dispatch performance (on-time rate, delivery lead time, vehicle utilization, trip accuracy) to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs are achieved. Verify that dispatch schedules and routing plans are executed as approved and identify deviations from plan and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely correction. Review transport operation quality—route accuracy, documentation, driver readiness and conduct periodic audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards. Monitor and analyze transport-related incidents, driver behavior, and vehicle safety compliance. Coordinate with the Safety team to implement preventive actions and safety improvement plans. Track and control transport operation costs (fuel, trip cost, outsourcing, overtime) and identify cost variances and recommend optimization measures. Consolidate daily/weekly/monthly transport operation reports, KPI summaries, variance analysis, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with planning, safety, and vendor management teams to enhance overall efficiency. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management, highlighting key trends and improvement actions. Support the implementation of transport monitoring systems and dashboard development for KPI tracking. About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in transport operations, dispatch management, or logistics control. Strong understanding of transport operation processes (dispatch, routing, scheduling, and trip cost structure). Knowledge of key logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, utilization, cost per trip, etc.). Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Excel or Power BI for data analysis. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational gaps and propose improvements. Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with regional teams, vendors, and management. Good understanding of safety and compliance standards in transport.
