Key Responsibilities Lead the overall HR function across Bangkok Head Office and Chonburi Manufacturing . Manage and develop a team of approximately 3–4 HR professionals . Partner with management on workforce planning, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy. Manage labor relations and union-related matters . Drive HR transformation, process improvement, and cost-control projects . Support SAP SuccessFactors-related regional HR initiatives . Support regional HR projects and collaborate with regional HR stakeholders. Oversee Compensation & Benefits , performance management, HR policies, and employee-related processes. Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies. Provide hands-on HR support to both corporate and manufacturing employees. Work closely with senior management in a multinational and Japanese-influenced environment. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 8+ years of HR experience , with strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial environments . Proven experience managing labor relations and unions . Strong HR generalist experience covering both Head Office and factory operations . Experience managing a small HR team of approximately 3–4 people . Proven experience in HR transformation, process improvement, and cost-control projects . Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Experience supporting regional HR projects and working with overseas HR teams. Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and employee relations . Good command of English , both written and spoken. Mature, practical, resilient, and comfortable working with both senior management and factory employees. Experience in an Asian multinational manufacturing environment is an advantage. Willing to travel regularly between Bangkok and Chonburi.
