Senior Designer, Digital Innovation

About the role As an innovation-driven team, the zone of excellence lies in building the physical and digital infrastructure, products and services that enable people to navigate and thrive within MRANTI Innovation Park. This role plays an instrumental part in delivering high-value digital and physical experiences across the master-planned district, with a strong focus on putting users first and continuously exploring new ideas and possibilities. Key responsibilities Drive and facilitate workshops using Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping, Service Blueprint and other design methodologies Develop insights and reports for clients based on the design workshops conducted Maintain a general understanding of emerging technologies and upcoming trends Apply user-centric design, product design, business strategy, prototyping and technology skillsets Leverage no-code/low-code platforms, such as Webflow and Jotform Enterprise, as well as AI-driven workflow tools to streamline enterprise operations and enhance digital experiences Mentor aspiring team members and advocate for Design Thinking methodologies across the organisation About you Minimum 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI design, product design or digital innovation, with proven experience in utilising no-code/low-code platforms Strong capabilities in end-to-end product design and rapid prototyping using Figma Proficiency in Design Thinking and workshop facilitation Experience in no-code/low-code digital development Experience in workflow automation and AI project management
