Key responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory movements, and product dispatch. Manage inventory accuracy and control stock transactions through SAP. Monitor warehouse performance, service levels, and operational KPIs. Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP/GDP, and warehouse quality standards. Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and related stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational problems, and implement corrective actions. Drive productivity improvement, cost optimization, and continuous improvement projects. Support internal and external audits and prepare operational reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations within a manufacturing environment. Experience supervising warehouse teams, contractors, or third-party logistics providers (3PL). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and SAP transactions. Understanding of HSE requirements and warehouse compliance standards. Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good command of Thai and working-level English.
