About the role We are looking for a proactive and business-minded Product Manager to manage multiple IT brands and drive business growth through vendor partnership, product enablement, sales pipeline support, and market development. The successful candidate will work closely with dedicated vendors, distributors, sales teams, and technical teams to support product positioning, opportunity management, and vendor program execution. Key responsibilities Manage partnerships with dedicated vendors and maintain strong relationships with vendor account managers, channel teams, and distributors. Work closely with the sales department to manage product-related pipeline, follow up business opportunities, and support deal progression. Understand and maintain up-to-date product information for assigned brands, including product features, licensing models, pricing structure, vendor programs, and competitive positioning. Act as the key contact point between vendors and internal teams to share product updates, promotion information, sales resources, and vendor requirements. Manage all necessary vendor portals, including account access, deal registration, quotation requests, enablement resources, rebate programs, and partner certification requirements. Apply for vendor funding, marketing development funds, incentive programs, or other available support to drive product campaigns and business activities. Support sales teams with product presentations, proposal content, quotations, comparison materials, and customer-facing information. Coordinate with vendors and distributors on pricing, promotions, special bids, deal registration, and project requirements. Plan and support go-to-market activities, including product campaigns, EDMs, webinars, sales training, partner events, and customer seminars. Monitor product performance, sales pipeline, revenue contribution, vendor targets, and KPI achievement, and provide regular updates to management. About you Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, channel management, business development, sales support, or related roles within the IT industry. Experience in Microsoft Modern Work, cloud business, Microsoft 365, SaaS solutions, or related IT solutions is preferred. Experience working with vendors, distributors, resellers, or channel partners. Familiar with vendor portals, deal registration, quotation processes, partner programs, and funding application procedures. Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and ability to work closely with sales teams to drive opportunities. Result-oriented mindset with experience working under KPI targets and commission-based performance structure. Good business sense with the ability to understand customer needs, vendor strategy, product positioning, and market trends. Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and tasks independently. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with IT vendors in cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft solutions, backup, networking, endpoint security, or infrastructure solutions. Existing vendor or distributor network in Hong Kong or regional IT markets is an advantage. Experience in organizing partner events, sales enablement sessions, product campaigns, or customer seminars. Knowledge of pricing models, licensing programs, and channel incentive programs is a plus. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be energetic, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-moving IT business environment. He or she should be comfortable communicating with vendors, supporting sales teams, driving product initiatives, and turning vendor solutions into practical business opportunities.
