Our client is a leading and well-established organization within the building services industry. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead their fire solutions team. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share for fire protection products and solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, end-users, and other project stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Drive project-based sales activities from specification stage through to project completion. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal technical, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance reviews for management. Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and product presentations to enhance brand presence and business development. Ensure the team maintains high standards of professionalism, customer service, and commercial excellence. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Building Technologies or a related discipline. Proven experience in sales leadership within the fire protection, fire products, fire systems, or related building services industry. Mandatory experience in selling fire products and managing project-based sales. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams. Strong network and understanding of the construction, building services, and project sales environment. Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to engage effectively with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales growth and profitability targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills will be an advantage. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.
