about this job. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive high performance and exceed targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and business objectives. Empower team members to deepen their expertise across various digital marketing channels aligned with core services. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities by targeting key market segments. Establish and nurture strong relationships with both direct clients and agency partners. Implement data-driven sales strategies to meet client goals and expectations. Monitor sales performance through data analysis, track key metrics, and report results to senior management. Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Stay current with industry trends, digital channels, and emerging challenges. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify improvements, introduce new solutions, and enhance capabilities. Work alongside account management and delivery teams to acquire new clients and retain existing ones. Participate in management meetings to provide updates on sales performance, targets, and resource planning. Deliver ongoing training and development initiatives to strengthen team skills and knowledge. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and seminars to build brand presence and generate new opportunities. about you. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in media or digital solution sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in both direct and agency business. Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions (e.g., SEM, SEO, Programmatic, Display, Video) is an advantage. Well-established network with advertisers and media agencies in the local market. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level clients. Solid understanding of current challenges businesses face in the digital marketing landscape. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools. Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or related field. Fluent in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
