Your role at Finoverse Research market trends and stay up-to-date on finance and technology industries. Curate and manage comprehensive speaking programs and agendas for a diverse portfolio of events, including conferences, VIP meetings, global seminars, and networking receptions. Build and grow a community of entrepreneurs and investors within the tech ecosystem. Strategically identify and recruit high-caliber speakers whose expertise aligns with specific event themes and objectives. Craft tailored invitations for speakers and VIPs, clearly articulating the event’s value proposition and the impact of their participation. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with speakers, industry leaders, and key internal stakeholders. Represent the organization at industry events to expand professional networks and build strategic rapport. Provide cross-functional support to sales, marketing and event teams to ensure cohesive event delivery. Execute additional projects and responsibilities as directed by senior management. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field 5 years of relevant experience or above in developing conference agendas at large-scale events is highly desirable Must have experience in inviting speakers and developing event agendas Outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people and building industry networks Previous experience working in startups or small teams Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Proficient in business writing in both English and Chinese Knowledge of or interest in Web3, Technology, FinTech, and industry trends Abilities we are looking for Outstanding communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to engage new speakers and VIPs A confident and approachable individual who prioritizes the experiences of VIPs and speakers Strong analytical abilities Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively Eager to learn and open to taking on new challenges A collaborative team player who can also work independently Ability to thrive under pressure and a commitment to exceeding expectations Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
