Education Consultant (Hong Kong Admissions)

We specialize in providing premier educational consulting and training services to help students successfully navigate their academic journeys in Hong Kong. We are currently looking for a dedicated Education Consultant to join our dynamic team and act as the bridge between families and top-tier schools in Hong Kong. We are seeking an enthusiastic Education Consultant to provide professional school admission advice to parents and students. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding families through the complexities of the Hong Kong education system and managing their end-to-end admission processes. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Provide professional and comprehensive consultation to parents regarding Hong Kong's education system (including local, DSS, and international schools) and assist in tailor-making school selection strategies. Application Management: Manage the entire admission process, including guiding parents in document preparation, application submission, and student portfolio building. School Liaison: Act as the primary contact person to liaise and maintain strong relationships with admission offices of various primary, secondary schools, and universities in Hong Kong. Progress Tracking: Coordinate closely with internal teaching staff (e.g., English Tutors) to monitor students' interview preparation progress and ensure they meet admission requirements. Customer Relationship: Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with families, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline. Solid knowledge and familiarity with the Hong Kong education system, school networks, and admission procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle parents' inquiries patiently and professionally. Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate with mainland clients). Prior experience in education consultancy, school admissions, or customer service within the education sector is a strong advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
