Our client, a well-established and leading group in the commercial and retail apparel sector, is seeking a high-caliber and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to lead their B2B corporate sales division. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, the successful candidate will drive aggressive revenue growth through proactive client prospecting, cold calling, and strategic business development across diverse corporate sectors, while overseeing a dedicated merchandising and operational support team for project execution. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute aggressive B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue, margin, and corporate sales quotas. Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new corporate opportunities through cold calling, direct outreach, and networking across target industries (e.g., Hospitality, Aviation, Telecommunications, Financial Institutions, and Public Entities). Lead the end-to-end commercial sales process, from strategic prospecting, pitch presentations, and RFP/tender bidding to contract negotiations and deal closing. Build, expand, and manage high-value strategic partnerships with corporate buyers, C-level executives, and key procurement stakeholders. Design, prepare, and deliver impactful client presentations and commercial proposals tailored to corporate branding and procurement needs. Supervise and coordinate with the corporate merchandising support team to ensure accurate sample development, cost estimations, production schedules, and delivery logistics. Oversee commercial administration, including quotation finalization, invoicing milestones, payment collections, and account profitability tracking. Manage and maintain sales pipeline data, client databases, and revenue forecasts to provide regular strategic updates to Senior Management. Handle ad-hoc business development projects and strategic corporate initiatives as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of solid, progressive experience in B2B Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or Corporate Apparel Solutions. Proven track record as a sales hunter with demonstrated success in cold calling, direct client acquisition, hitting multi-million dollar sales quotas, and winning major corporate tenders/RFPs. Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of product development flows, costing structures, production milestones, and delivery logistics. Experience in supervising junior/senior merchandisers or sales support staff. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. Fast and accurate Chinese inputting skills for handling corporate correspondence and client documentation. Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
